Riverside High School Campus is currently closed. E-Learning will continue through fall break. We will return to a hybrid schedule with 1st on-campus classes beginning 10/22/20.

Welcome to the Riverside High School! We’re so grateful you’ve chosen to join our community.

As the parent or guardian of a newly admitted student, you must submit a variety of information in order to reserve your student’s spot and complete enrollment. Your student must also complete a mandatory placement exam. Click on the buttons below to complete each item.

Required Actions & Deadlines

Use the forms below to complete the required actions within 30 days of your match notification email. Please note that most forms are password-protected. 

All students must complete a placement exam in order to select their courses. The data we receive from the placement exam helps us determine whether your student will need Summer Academy, and assists us in selecting appropriate classes for your student.

Submit Identification, Immunization, and Academic Records

Submit the following information to Jennene Young, Director of Enrollment, by email or in person at 3010 N. White River Parkway, East Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46208. 

  • Copy of student’s birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Official high school transcript
    • Please note: If your student received high school credits in middle school, you must submit the middle school transcript to show proof of these credits if they are not on your student’s current high school transcript.
  • ISTEP scores or other standardized testing from the past two years
  • Discipline reports
  • Attendance records from the current year
  • Custody documents, if applicable
  • IEP or 504 plan, if applicable

Note: We will also submit a request for records to your student’s current school for all academic, attendance and disciplinary records.

Uniforms

All students are required to wear school uniforms daily. Click on the link below to learn more about our uniform policy and how to purchase uniforms. Note: For 2020-21 uniform pants may be any traditional khaki pants, rather than the embroidered logo pants. They must be standard fit; no cargo, ripped, torn or embellished khakis are permitted.
